Commissioning
When you buy a Junttan machine, a Junttan service engineer will support you at your first site. In commissioning, the service engineer will instruct the users of the machine to use and service it safely, correctly, and efficiently. The operators who are trained by Junttan will receive a certificate at the end of the training. A certified operator is best equipped to utilize all of the properties of the machine and to ensure maximum profitability.
Field Service
The Junttan Field Service offers customers reliable and professional maintenance and repair services. In addition to the competent internal service engineers, you can utilize the service personnel of the retailers, who have also been trained by Junttan. Take advantage of the Junttan Field services and gain access to a service person with product support from the factory in case of problem situations. In emergency problem situations related to maintenance and spare parts, the Junttan 24/7 Service Support is available around the clock.
Workshop
The state-of-the-art Junttan workshop can perform complete condition mapping and the overhauling of the machines. In addition to the basic overhauls, an update series can be installed, and regular maintenance and repairs can be performed at the workshop. All maintenance operations performed by Junttan are carefully documented, meaning that the employees will always have access to updated information about any individual machine and the changes made to it.
